Then you need to start on the Doctors who are there just to see how many nurses they can screw.After that the nurses who are there just to swan around looking important and not doing anything in particular except walking around with their head stuck up their arse. Then the 'coolies', the ones who take people all over the place, the porters......you can usually find them in the the betting shops doing 'overtime' and never around when you need them. Of course then come the 'Paramedics!' ......failed intelligence tests to become doctors and now bullying everyone and throwing them into the wheelchairs taking their frustration out on the patients. BUT last of all the biggest drain on the NHS.....The registrars and consultants..the ones who need to be castrated first! Swanning around from ward to ward with a horde of adoring students feeding them with extreme crap that isnt worth much at all! After that....lets start with Admin!Managers who are sooooooo important that you cant even talk to them.<br> <br> Perhaps then we can have an ideal operation akin to the standards of say, Holland!<br> <br> Good luck!
